MAGs-dbCAN_KoFamScan_annotation.txt

Metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) were recovered from individual and co-assemblies (MEGAHIT v1.2.9) using MaxBin2 v2.2.7 and MetaBAT v2.12.1 (contig > 2000 bp) followed by dereplication with dRep v3.2.2 (algorithm gANi, P_ani: 0.90, S_ani: 0.97) resulting in 144 MAGs.This file includes the metagenomic annotations with dbCAN (dbCAN-HMMdb-V12 (2023-08-02)) and KoFamScan including expression data for the MAGs from the DENITRO-FDB project.
