Structural Genomics Pipeline for 39 protein targets from UPEC strain UTI-89

Protein targets from Uropathogenic E. coli (UPEC) strain UTI-89 structural genomics pipeline listing Uniprot Accession number, expressed protein (or protein fragment) and success in recombinant protein expression and solubility testing. All total 39 proteins were attempted with 79 distinct constructs for expression in E. coli. 10 soluble proteins were obtained from this analysis. This dataset is paired with a methods paper on high throughput method to test expression and solubility of proteins using synthetic plasmids as a starting point.
