Contribution of immunoregulatory molecules in cervical cancer: gene polymorphism, mRNA expression profile, regulation by microRNAs, and immune response profile against HPV genetic variants infection

In order to strengthen knowledge in the field of tumor immunology, this project aims to evaluate HPV genetic variants and host characteristics regarding gene polymorphism and expression profile of mRNA, proteins and miRNA related to the immune and inflammatory response in the mucous cervical membrane infected or not with HPV.
