This series consists of Property Group reports relating to the management of Latrobe Valley property owned by the State Electricity Commission of Victoria (SECV). The Property Group was the division of the SECV, Office of the Administrator and was responsible for the management and the sale of remaining SECV property.The reports include: monthly summary operational reports for vacant properties/industrial properties; summary financial reports; bushfire mitigation; copies of periodic reports from R.R. & H.C. Jolly Real Estate Pty Ltd, the SECV's land management agent; monthly report on property sales; copies of relevant newspaper articles; copies of invoices and summary rental payment details.
