Feature Layer Document The Floods — A survey submission layer containing community-reported flood observations, including flood type, date and time, water depth, affected area, property impacts, location details, comments, photos, and basic weather conditions such as temperature, pressure, humidity, wind, and rainfall. The layer also includes user and review fields that support submission tracking, validation, and editorial workflow. Geographic Coverage The service is configured for global use and can capture flood reports from any location where the survey is deployed.
