Time-zero biopsy and deceased-donor kidney transplant outcomes: data and code

This deposit supersedes an earlier one. An earlier deposit (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21224579, July 2026) reports an analysis that has since been replaced. Do not use it. This is a separate record, not a new version of it. Data, analysis ledgers and code supporting the systematic review and meta-analysis Time-zero kidney biopsy and deceased-donor transplant outcomes. Registration: PROSPERO CRD420261435405. Reporting: PRISMA 2020. Searches: five bibliographic databases and three trial registries, inception to 25 July 2026, no date or language restriction. The superseded deposit reported 152 reports collapsed to 118 cohorts and a vascular / delayed-graft-function odds ratio of 1.996 (95% CI 1.578-2.525), k = 10, I² = 0%. This deposit reports 225 reports representing 159 study investigations and 154 cohort families, and the same association as OR 1.85 (95% CI 1.11-3.06), k = 7, I² = 68.4%. The earlier I² = 0% in particular should not be cited: heterogeneity is substantial. Contents: data/ every extracted estimate through to the analysis-ready input; results/ every model fitted, including 216 prespecified sensitivity and 65 leave-one-out analyses; certainty/ GRADE profiles, summary of findings, limitations and risk of bias; code/ the analysis specification, the model code and its environment. FILE_INDEX.csv describes every file; MANIFEST_SHA256.txt verifies the whole deposit. No human-subject data. Published study-level results only.
