Sequencing samples of planktonic bacterial communities and epiphytic bacterial communities in the Jiupan River and Changxi River

In October 2023, samples of planktonic and epiphytic bacterial communities were collected from the Jiupan River and Changxi River. For the planktonic bacterial communities, 7 sampling points were selected in the Changxi River, with 3 replicates per point, and 6 sampling points were selected in the Jiupan River, also with 3 replicates per point. Due to water depth limitations at the river mouth, only 6 samples of epiphytic bacterial communities were collected from the Changxi River, and 5 samples were collected from the Jiupan River, each with 3 replicates. Full-length 16S rRNA sequencing was performed on all the above samples. This dataset includes all the sequencing data for the planktonic and epiphytic bacterial communities mentioned above.
