Seasonal transcriptome of susceptible and tolerant cultivars to citrus greening

To understand how citrus could maintain proper carbohydrate metabolism and transportation rates, while infected by CLas, we selected a known HLB susceptible cultivar of sweet orange (Valencia) and a tolerant mandarin Sugar Belle. Source and sink tissues (fully expanded leaves and roots) from field fruit-producing trees were sampled in four different seasons.
