urbisphere-dm: Data from Automatic Weather Station (AWS) APIs [RAW]

Information contained in responses from external API servers was stored in JSON files within `tar.gz` files to help diagnose cases of missing data. The JSON files contain sensitive operational information, such as API access tokens, pathways and user account details. These details were removed in the public repositories for AWS in Freiburg and Bristol, for comparison. Duplicates may exist because queries were repeated at different times and for various reasons.
