Dataset pertaining to the paper "Capsule controlled release of crystallisation inhibitors in mortars"

The paper is a development towards encapsulating the crystallisation inhbitor (sodium ferrocyanide) in chitosan-calcium alginate capsules and controlling its release in hardened mortar to slow the leaching of the inhibitor.<br>The dataset is a zipped file divided in subfolders for each part of the paper. There is a "readme.txt" file inside each folder that explains how to use the data.The file types mostly consist of ".xls", ".xlsx", ".m", ".docx", ".csv", ".txt", ".tiff", ".jpg"
