Gene expression profiles of mouse colitis epithelial tissues induced by DSS or DSS/PhIP

We reported the gene expression profiles of hCYP1A mouse colitis epithelial tissues on Day 1, 3 and 7 after the treatment with DSS or DSS/PhIP for 5 days. Overall design: Total RNA samples were extracted from mouse colon epithelial tissues scripped from the colon of hCYP1A mice treated with 1.5% DSS in the drinking water for 5 days or control mice. While one groups of mice, DSS-treated, were treated with DSS only, the other groups, PhIP/DSS-treated were treated with dietary carcinogen PhIP a week before the DSS treatment. RNA-sequencing were completed by BGI (US).
