MALDI and MALDI-2 MSI of lipids in wild type and GBA1 mutant mouse brain tissue. GBA1 mutant tissue consist of both heterozygous and homozygous variants. Samples were prepared and acquired as outlined in https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.analchem.3c02724 using an Orbitrap Elite mass spectrometer. Files provided in .imzML format.
