These registers contain copies of deeds of grant issued in respect of land alienated under s.1 and s.2 of the Regulations under the Crown Lands Alienation Act, 1861 which preserved the right of holders of pastoral leases to make pre-emptive purchases of areas of land not less than 160 acres in extent.(7/964-68). 5 vols.
