Dataset for Complementary cortical and subcortical pathways support sensory decisions across stimulus features v1

This dataset contains the preprocessed behavioral data from training sessions and from subsequent cortical inhibiton experiments, generated as part of the Complementary cortical and subcortical pathways support sensory decisions across stimulus features study. The dataset consists of parquet files that are DataFrames of preprocessed behavioral data. The training data (training.zip) contains data of individual animals throughout their training regiment and the inhibition experiment data is a single DataFrame that contains all of the animals and targeted cortical regions.The parquet files can be easily viewed using an online parquet viewer or by the provided codebase.
