资源简介:
EEG and fNIRS data are provided in the FIF format, which is compatible with the MNE-Python library (Gramfort et al., 2013). In addition, EEG recordings are also available in EDF format, and fNIRS recordings in .snirf format. The fNIRS .snirf files are accompanied by event files as .txt tables, containing arrays of event timestamps and corresponding event codes. The code for signal reading, preprocessing, and epoching is provided with the dataset in the “Preprocessing” file. Each file name encodes information such as the participant identifier, recording modality, and other relevant acquisition details. 1)The subject identifier 2)The side of the paretic limb (R for right, L for left) 3)The session number (with session 1 representing the first day of rehabilitation and session 6 corresponding to the period immediately preceding patient withdrawal) 4)The target hand involved in the motor task. Each file contains channel position coordinates and metadata detailing the acquisition process and experimental events. Events are labeled based on the side of the flashing visual stimulus:"flash_l" indicating a left stimulus and "flash_r" a right stimulus. The fNIRS signal comprises optical density data recorded at wavelengths of 760 nm and 850 nm. EEG raw data include EEG signals measured in volts, accompanied by ECG and EMG recordings. Each fNIRS / EEG file has information about the subject ID, the impaired limb and the experimental session. For example, the file "fNIRS/R_02_session2_right1" contains fNIRS data from subject 2—whose right hand is impaired—recorded during the second experimental session and corresponding to the first run of right-hand responses. In this file, the event-code "flash_l" denotes non-target stimuli (no movement), while "flash_r" corresponds to actual right-hand movements.
