Acanthurus triostegus Genome sequencing and assembly

Chromosome-level genome assembly of the convict surgeonfish Acanthurus triostegus based on Oxford Nanopore MinION data and PhaseGenomics scaffolding. This project contains all the raw data including the MinION whole genome sequencing data and tissue level RNAseq data.
