A framework for the Implementation of online learning in distance education: a case study from the global south

While online learning precedes Covid-19, post-Covid-19 there has been an exponential increase in the adoption of and implementation of online learning. Though various models explain why individuals and organisations adopt technology, it is not clear what factors impact on the successful implementation of online learning, especially in the Global South.
