TcoFBase

The TcoFBase database documents a large number of available resources for mammalian TcoFs (Transcription co-factors) and provides annotations and enrichment analyses of TcoFs. TcoFBase curated 2322 TcoFs and 6759 TcoFs associated ChIP-seq data from over 500 tissues/cell types in human and mouse.TcoFBase数据库收录了大量针对哺乳动物转录辅因子（Transcription co-factors，TcoFs）的可用相关资源，并可为转录辅因子提供注释及富集分析服务。该数据库共人工整理了2322个转录辅因子，以及来自人类与小鼠的500余种组织/细胞类型的6759组与转录辅因子相关的ChIP-seq数据。
