资源简介:

PRISM4D is a physics-driven event-driven nonequilibrium molecular sensing platform for cryptic and allosteric binding-site discovery, developed by Delfictus I/O LLC. This deposit is the reviewer-facing reproducibility archive accompanying the PRISM-4D firewalled blind-validation manuscript. The archive contains the full evidence layer that supports the manuscript's quantitative claims: the 9-target primary blind-panel candidate-rank tables, fpocket and P2Rank baseline outputs scored under identical strict SR@K rules, the 10,000-iteration strict null-control results, Therm/CCNS thermodynamic descriptor files, residue-level medicinal-chemistry anchor validation outputs, vectorial pharmacophore-feature-recovery (PFR) feature and null vectors, post-freeze validation Python utilities, figure-generation and structural-rendering scripts, the freeze attestations (SHA-256-anchored prediction-freeze records), and a 65-line package-level SHA-256 manifest. Two cryptographic audit scripts permit reviewers to verify package integrity and the post-MD pipeline lock from a local clone. Access tiers This deposit is one component of a three-tier access model for PRISM-4D materials. Reviewers should consult whichever tier matches the depth of inspection they require: Tier 1 — Public reproducibility archive (this deposit). No access controls. The bundle is reviewer-safe and self-contained for verifying the manuscript's quantitative claims, statistical-control structure, and post-freeze audit chain. It does not include engine binaries, raw simulation trajectories, raw spike or event arrays, raw binding-site JSONs, private scoring weights, or device-code internals; those omissions are documented as trade-secret boundaries in the included IP Boundary and Trade Secret Notice. Tier 2 — Hosted live engine demonstration (request-based). A hosted demonstration of the frozen PRISM-4D engine is available at https://delfictus.com/IOhub. The platform runs the engine server-side on author-controlled infrastructure and returns sanitized, signed result manifests. Default-tier access exposes the fixed black-box modes (blind_pocket_scan, validation_replay, pfr_audit_replay) documented inside this bundle. Tier 2 access extends these with relaxed configuration parameters, additional curated targets, and extended post-freeze run logs and intermediate manifold artifacts that are not redistributed in this Zenodo deposit. Tier 2 access requests can be submitted through the platform website. In all hosted-demo tiers the engine binary, source code, device kernels, model weights, raw trajectories, and raw event arrays remain server-side and are not transferred to the reviewer. Tier 3 — Confidential inspection (controlled disclosure). Inspection beyond what Tiers 1 and 2 provide — including raw execution logs, full backend command templates, model weights, internal scoring parameters, and engine source — is available only through a controlled process such as non-disclosure agreement, counsel-supervised data room, or escrow arrangement, coordinated with the corresponding author. Verification The deposit ships with two audit scripts. From an unpacked copy: sha256sum -c MANIFEST_SHA256.txt python3 audit/audit_reviewer_safe_package.py . python3 audit/verify_post_md_lock.py . All three commands should report success. The first verifies the 65-file package-level SHA-256 manifest. The second enforces the reviewer-safe boundary (no engine binaries, source, device-code, or raw production outputs). The third verifies that the bundled post-MD validation scripts match the hashes recorded in demo_api/POST_MD_PIPELINE_LOCK.json, ensuring the published procedures have not been altered. The PRISM-4D platform (source code, device kernels, model weights, configuration, execution settings, and internal scoring procedures) is proprietary trade-secret material and is not released under any open-source, public, or permissive license. No portion of the deposited materials may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Delfictus I/O LLC. Citation of the deposit and the accompanying manuscript is permitted under ordinary academic-attribution practice. When selecting a license in the Zenodo upload form, choose the most-restrictive option available (commonly "All rights reserved" or "Other (not open)"). Corresponding author Ididia J.
