Lynn Canal in situ stream sensor data, Juneau, AK, NSF EPSCoR Fire and Ice, 2019-2023

This dataset contains data collected by in situ stream sensors (sondes) in five Lynn Canal streams as part of the AK NSF EPSCoR Fire and Ice program. Sensors were deployed in Cowee Creek, Herbert River, Mendenhall River, Lemon Creek, and Sheep Creek, located near Juneau, AK. The dataset contains hourly measurements of stream temperature and conductivity. Depending on the instrumentation deployed at the site, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, and fluorescent dissolved organic matter measurements were also recorded. Data were collected during the peak flow season: between April-October, though data are truncated at some sites due to sensor issues. The dataset is divided into 23 .csv files by site and year.
