VPRS 3404 Stile Register

This series was created by the Zoological Board to record the number of visitors to the Zoological Gardens in the years 1935-39. Information is entered daily and summarised monthly. Recorded is the number of adult, child and concession tickets sold. Annual Reports of the Board summarise attendance numbers in a monthly format. Revenue raised in the years 1905-40 is summarised in VPRS 2231. The register does not record revenue received.VPRS 2232 Gates Receipts Register is also a record that records the number of visitors to the Gardens. The date range for that series is 1937-59. Both series record the exact same information only in a sightly different format. VPRS 2232 records yearly summaries as well as monthly.
