Cucumis sativus cultivar:Ilan Raw sequence reads

Cucumis sativus L. cv. Ilan was used for CGMMV susceptibility analyses. Seeds were planted in P. spinosum-naturally contaminated commercial one-ton soil medium (Green 90 EvenAri, Beit Elazari, Israel) and -free soil (10 kg packs, (Green 90 EvenAri, Beit Elazari, Israel) and grown in a greenhouse with daytime addition of white fluorescent light, at 25C. Cucumber seedlings at the cotyledon stage with a small true leaf (about seven days post-emergence) were dusted with Carborundum (320 grit powder, Fisher Scientific, USA) before mechanical inoculation with virus-bearing sap (ca. 1:10 ratio g tissue/ml H2O) containing CGMMV. Cucumber was used as a source of inoculum for CGMMV. For the sequential soilless medium experiments, we used the 1-meter Coco Coir growbags (Pelemix, Israel). Following CGMMV inoculation, the plants were grown at 25C or 32C. Stems and roots were collected from wilting plants for oomycete and fungus analysis
