Configuration files, alignments, and scripts associated with analyses of Polypocoryphus (Eucestoda: Lecanicephalidea: Polypocephalidae) using IQ-TREE

This dataset contains all input alignments, configuration files, scripts, and resulting trees used to perform the phylogenetic analyses described in the manuscript on the systematics of Polypocoryphus (Eucestoda: Lecanicephalidea: Polypocephalidae). Analyses were conducted using IQ-TREE (Nguyen et al. 2015) for maximum-likelihood inference.
