Dataset Description This dataset is designed for use with the SIGnature package, which enables rapid querying of gene sets across many scRNA-seq datasets by leveraging precomputed gene attribution scores. Key Details Cell Type Annotations: The cell types in this dataset were predicted using the SCimilarity package Included Cell Types: basal cell blood vessel endothelial cell capillary endothelial cell ciliated cell club cell enteroendocrine cell enterocyte erythroid lineage cell erythrocyte endothelial cell of hepatic sinusoid endothelial cell of lymphatic vessel endothelial cell of vascular tree File Structure Each file is compressed and can be extracted with the command “tar -xzf [FILE]” Within the extracted folder, you will find Cell Metadata: a compressed CSV file (“cell_metadata.csv.gz”) containing cell-level metadata Attribution Data: A TileDB object (“attributions”) containing precomputed attributions that are compatible with the SIGnature package.
