Coase-grained and atomistic simulation trajectories of membrane-embedded Piezo 1 and 2 proteins

The data set contains trajectories and structures from coarse-grained and atomistic simulations of membrane-embedded Piezo 1 and Piezo 2 proteins. The simulations have been conducted at various membrane tensions to investigate the tension-induced flattening of the curved Piezo protein-membrane nanodome.
