Genome sequence of Escherichia coli SN25 isolated from urine of a patient therapeutically colonized with asymptomatic bacteriuria E. coli strain 83972

Asymptomatic bacteriuria E. coli strain 83972 can be used for bacterial interference in the urinary bladder to treat symptomatic episodes on patients suffering from chronic urinary tract infection. From such a patient, asymptomatically colonized with E. coli strain 83972, its re-isolate SN25 was collected from a urine sample to study genome plasticity of E. coli strain 83972 during colonization of the urinary bladder.
