Single-cell data from Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease organoids model

A sample of patients who required surgery for lung injury resulting from trauma were included in this study. Lung epithelial cells were extracted and isolated for culture. The cells were subjected to cytological brushing for approximately 4-8 cycles, and subsequently washed off the brush using DMEM. The cells were then seeded in a tissue culture flask containing growth factors, with the medium being replaced every 48 hours until cell fusion was achieved. Ethical approval for this study was obtained from our hospital's ethics committee, and all participants provided informed consent.
