These files refer to all departmental matters. Those with an "E" prefix appear to relate to personnel or employment matters, including wage determinations, applications for employment and staff appointments. File with an "F" prefix appear to relate to matters of general administration including the administration of health regulations and ordnances, health inspections and surveys, the investigation of complaints, and the issue of proclamations.
