The 2021 Colombian Youth Council Election corpus (CJ21, for short) is a collection of 6.496 action plans (10.641.646 tokens) submitted by 34.963 youth council candidates aged 14-28 in the 2021 youth council election. The collection represents 1009 municipalities in the 33 provinces (departamentos) that make up the country’s administrative division. The action plans come from three modalities: political parties and movements, organizational processes and practices, and independent youth lists.
