This project is part of a larger one, ''molecular characterization of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae isolated in the bacteriology laboratory of Aristide le Dantec National University Teaching Hospital in Dakar, Senegal".We aimed to characterize drug resistance genes, virulence genes and mobile genetic elements
