Gene expression profiles of Tert+/+ and generation 3 (G3) Tert-/- male an female mice were untretaed or tretaed witth Folic acid. 6-8 weeks of Tert+/+ and generation 3 (G3) Tert-/- male and female mice were administered a single intraperitoneal injection of FA with low dose of 125 mg/kg body weight or 0.3 M NaHCO3 (200ul). Mice were sacrificed at day 14 and the kidneys were ice cold PBS perfused and harvested.
