Single-cell sequencing was performed on the irradiated cell lines to accurately map the biological information triggered by low-dose radiation to each individual cell. Overall design: The BEAS-2B cell line was exposed to the Cs-137 gamma-ray source. The Cs-137 irradiation equipment was designed and manufactured by Hopewell Designs company. The irradiation doses used were 10 mGy, 100 mGy, and 1 Gy.
