In Puéchabon and Pic Saint Loup forests (FR), leaf reflectances were measured in the field with 2 ASD spectroradiometers in the VSWIR range (from visible to shortwave infrared) between 350 nm and 2500 nm with a spectral resolution of 1 nm by using a contact probe or a leaf-clip accessory. In TETIS laboratory, leaf reflectance and transmittance measurements were performed by using a ASD spectroradiometer (same spectral characteristics) and an integrating sphere. The dataset contains a total of 1847 spectra for two oak tree species (Quercus pubescens and Quercus ilex) accounting for 47 trees. This dataset is part of the SENTHYMED/MEDOAK experiment.
