Sequence data of the ITS region and the rbcLa, rpoC1, trnL and trnH-psbA gene regions

This dataset includes the ITS region sequences and several gene regions of chloroplast genomic DNA isolated from Ludwigia octovalvis collected in Tam Dao National Park, Vinh Phuc province, Vietnam. The ITS region sequence (18S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence; internal transcribed spacer 1, 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene, and internal transcribed spacer 2, complete sequence; and 28S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence) is 834 bp in length. The rbcL gene region is 722 bp in length; the rpoC1 gene is 467 bp in length; The trnL region (tRNA-Leu (trnL) gene, partial sequence and intergenic spacer is 853 bp in length; the trnH-psbA region (tRNA-His (trnH) gene, partial sequence; psbA gene, partial cds) is 517 bp in length.
