Neurospora crassa OR74A transcriptome in csp1 knock-out/over-expressing strains

We have identified a transcriptional repressor, CSP1, as responsible for the rhythmic expression of a subset of Neurospora genes with an evening phase. In order to show CSP1 acts as a transcriptional repressor, we performed genome-wide transcriptome analyses (RNA-seq) of light grown cultures of a WT strain (FGSC#2489), two csp1 knock-out strains (FGSC#11348 ) and an R1 strain expressing high levels of a stable version of CSP1.
