RepSeq datasets associated with the tcr-dynamics-noise-pipeline project (ClonoDynamics). These data consist of longitudinal T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire sequencing profiles obtained from peripheral blood samples of healthy donors (partecipan ID: 1-5), with technical replication at each time point. Each file corresponds to a single repertoire sample and is named according to the following convention:<subject>_<time>_<replicate>where <subject> identifies the donor, <time> denotes the sampling time point (in weeks), and <replicate> indicates the technical replicate. Each file contains clonotype-level information with the following columns: aaSeqCDR3: amino acid sequence of the TCR β-chain CDR3 region, used as clonotype identifier readCount: number of sequencing reads assigned to the clonotype readFraction: relative frequency of the clonotype within the repertoire These datasets provide the basis for noise-aware inference of clonotype dynamics, including trajectory reconstruction, estimation of drift and diffusion components, and Fokker–Planck–based analysis of repertoire organization. Data are provided in processed form to ensure participant privacy and comply with ethical regulations. Raw sequencing data are available upon reasonable request.
