Flow cytometry data for mosquito immune cells (hemocytes)

This dataset provides raw data files for flow cytometry analysis of Anopheles gambiae immune cells (or hemocytes). This includes initial unstained or single-stain/marker controls used to establish gating thresholds, as well as more detailed analysis of transgenic mosquito lines that express GFP or CFP markers under the control of candidate hemocyte promoters (LRIM15, PPO6, SPARC). Additional experiments include phagocytosis assays using fluorescent beads in the respective WT or transgenic lines.
