This repository contains the files constituting the first release of the EukBank 18S V4 dataset gathering 12,672 metabarcoding samples globally distributed across biomes for which 335,662 ASVs have been identified. The dataset is composed of seven files; their structure and associated methods are detailed in the readme file README.pdf.
