Supplementary Material PLS-SEM Analysis for The Research "Integrating Behavioral and Service Quality Perspectives in Cultural Tourism Mobility: Evidence from Mode Choice in Surakarta, Indonesia"

This study explores the factors influencing the choice of transportation modes in the context of cultural tourism in a developing city – Surakarta – by considering the psychological characteristics of tourists and the quality of transportation services using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis. The structural model consists of six exogenous latent variables, including Tourist Characteristics, Travel Behaviour, and Spatial Movement, which represent internal factors – the psychological characteristics of tourists – as well as Reliability of Mass Public Transportation, Ease and Affordability of Mass Public Transportation, and Mass Public Transportation Service Information, which represent the quality of transportation service dimensions (mass public transportation). Meanwhile, the endogenous latent variables consist of three modal choice variables: Personal Vehicle Choice, Personal Public Transport Choice, and Mass Public Transport Choice.
