Gossypium hirsutum Transcriptome

Two cotton materials with significant differences in salt tolerance, salt-sensitive (SS) 52-128 and salt-tolerant (ST) Jing Si cotton, were used in this study.Cotton plants at the trefoil stage were cultivated in a 200 mM NaCl solution for 48 h and then cultured in 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution for 48 h (rewatering, RW). Samples were taken at 0 h, 48 h, and 48 h. There were 100 plants with three biological replicates. A total of 18 samples (3 time points* 2 varieties * 3 biological replicates) were collected.
