Dataset for: Oil jet with dispersant: macro-scale hydrodynamics and tip streaming

The dataset includes: experimental data of a horizontal underwater release of oil without and with dispersants, and modeling results to predict the jet hydrodynamics, droplet size distribution, and tip streaming phenomenon when dispersants are present.
