The data files are in the type of Matlab mat files. The temperature and salinity data output from the COAWST model used to estimate the variation of seawater conductivity under Typhoon Gaemi are in the folders of ./temperature and ./salinity respectively, with 5 files in each folder for the five days from 2 to 6 Oct. 2012. The corresponding conductivity calculated is in the ./conductivity folder. Matlab files “lat_matrix”,”lon_matrix”and “zdep_matrix” indicate the grid/location.<br>
