资源简介:
-This real-life case study stems from the crystallization process (CP) of the 6-Ethylchenodeoxycholic acid (C26H44O4) for a pharmaceutical enterprise in Kunming, Yunnan, China. The CP is a bottleneck for the overall production efficiency as well as the quality of final products.
-There are 30 batches (i.e., jobs) of raw materials for the C26H44O4 and 5 crystallizers (i.e., machines) with different capacities and working modes. The format of this case study is briefly introduced as follows.
-First line: In the first line there are 2 numbers: the first is the number of jobs and the second the number of machines;
-Second line: the elements of the second line are the numbers of operations for 30 jobs;
-Operation processing constraints: binary numbers from lines 3 to 32 are the processing constraint associated with 30 jobs, which are in fact a partial flexibility production environment. For example, the third line “1 0 0 1 0 0 1 1 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 1 1 1 0 1 ” denotes that the first operation of job 1 can be processed by machines 1 and 4, whereas the second operation of job 1 can be processed by machines 2, 3 and 4, and so on;
-Processing times: integer numbers from lines 33 to 62 are the processing times for each operation of each job on the corresponding machines. For example, line 33 “29 -1 -1 12 -1 -1 1 44 43 -1 55 -1 -1 -1 27 94 26 91 -1 20” means that the processing times of the first operation of job 1 on machines 1 and 4 are 29 and 12 respectively, and the processing times of the second operation of job 1 on machines 2, 3 and 4 are 1, 44 and 43, and so on. Note that the “-1” denotes the related operations of certain jobs do not satisfy the processing constraints;
-Matrix of Sequence-dependent setup times;
-Matrix of Sequence-dependent setup costs.
