Investigating shoal dynamics: Behavioural flexibility in the grouping of Trinidadian guppies

This dataset comprises the data and code for analysis relating to the Master's thesis titled \"Investigating shoal dynamics: Behavioural flexibility in the grouping of Trinidadian guppies\". Chapter 2 of this thesis investigates flexibility in the shoaling behaviours of freshwater guppies, and Chapter 3 examines the role of familiarity in grouping behaviours of the same species. Together these studies aid in providing a clearer understanding of the various factors that underpin animal grouping decisions and how they might prove beneficial in rapidly changing environmental conditions.
