热浸镀锌能有效防止钢材的腐蚀。随着工业对带钢的需求,对热浸镀锌线浸出滚子轴承的稳定、连续运行提出了更高的要求。现有镀锌线沉辊滑动轴承主要依靠进口,使用寿命在两周左右。两周后,滑动轴承失效,需停线更换新的轴承,浪费了大量的材料成本和时间成本。本文对该材料进行了锌液腐蚀试验、高温销盘干摩擦试验和腐蚀磨损试验在模拟实际工况下,主要是氧化铝陶瓷衬套和三种金属套筒(合金A、合金B和316L不锈钢)。对比分析了轴承失效中的腐蚀磨损状况,考虑了试验条件下锌液形成的流体动力润滑效应,综合分析了主要失效机理。
Hot-dip galvanization can effectively prevent corrosion of steel materials. With the growing industrial demand for steel strips, higher requirements have been imposed on the stable and continuous operation of sink roll bearings in hot-dip galvanizing lines. Currently, sliding bearings for sink rolls in galvanizing lines are mainly imported, with a service life of around two weeks. After this period, the sliding bearings fail, necessitating line shutdowns for replacement with new bearings, resulting in substantial waste of material and time costs. In this study, zinc melt corrosion tests, high-temperature pin-on-disk dry friction tests, and corrosion wear tests were carried out under simulated actual working conditions, focusing on alumina ceramic bushings and three types of metal sleeves (alloy A, alloy B, and 316L stainless steel). Comparative analyses were conducted on the corrosion and wear conditions during bearing failure, the hydrodynamic lubrication effect formed by the zinc melt under the test conditions was taken into account, and the main failure mechanisms were comprehensively analyzed.
