Using computer vision for screening parkinson' disease

This is a finger tapping parameter extract from Google MediaPipe Hands Frameworks includes : 

1. Tapping Score (TS), which is representative of the total number of finger taps within a 10-second duration.

2. Tapping Difference (TD), which quantifies the discrepancy in the number of taps between the right and left hand.

3. Mean Tapping Amplitude (TA), which is calculated as the average of the peak amplitudes in each hand.

4. Tapping Variation (TV), which represents the standard deviation of the peak amplitudes in each hand, hence indicating the variability of tapping intensity.

5. Amplitude Decrement 5 (AmpD-5), which is calculated as the difference between the peak amplitude of the first tap and the fifth tap.

6. Amplitude Decrement 10 (AmpD-10), which measures the difference between the peak amplitude of the first tap and the tenth tap.
