Means and standard errors of estimated coefficients for different paths, indirect effects (IEs) and proportions of the total effect mediated (PMs); and coverage probabilities of the 95% confidence intervals for the estimations of IE and PM, obtained based on 500 replicates, each with 1000 cases and 1000 controls, given the minor allele frequency (MAF) = 0.3.
