Visualizing Nanoscale Charge-Flow in Multi-Dimensional WSe2/GaAs vertical diodes

A., Rudra, A., Banerjee, M., Fontcuberta i Morral, A., Piazza, V. “Nanoscale electrical mapping of multi-dimensional WSe2/GaAs vertical diodes” Submitted (2025) DOI: The dataset contains raw EBIC images in .tif format for all the integrations of WSe2 flakes on top of planar and nanostructured (NMs and NXs) substrates discussed in the paper. The dataset also contains the AFM scans in .spm format for all the integrations. The data for the electrical analysis are extracted from the EBIC images as discussed in the main manuscript and supporting information. The data for morphological characterization are extracted from the AFM scans.
