Replication Data for Employers' Language Proficiency Requirements and Hiring of Immigrants

This dataset contains the data and Stata do-files used in the analysis for the paper “Employers' Language Proficiency Requirements and Hiring of Immigrants”, accepted for publication in the Journal of Human Resources. The files include cleaned and de-identified data from the field experiment, together with all code required to reproduce the tables and figures in the paper. A README file is provided with detailed instructions for running the do-files.
