Differential gene expression analysis of bread wheat cultivars using RNA-seq

Using RNA-seq approach, the project aims at unveiling the genes in bread wheat that are differentially expressed in roots and leaves of bread wheat. The varying transcript levels of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) can offer insights into various biological and cellular processes that are affected by conditions of interest.
